DUI suspect Tasered after police chase by car, foot

An Aurora man was Tasered by police after allegedly jumping out of a speeding vehicle in an attempt to avoid a DUI arrest early Friday in west suburban Montgomery, officials said.
Michael McNair, 21, was charged with DUI and felony aggravated resisting arrest after the traffic stop about 1 a.m. in the 400 block of Montgomery Road, according to Montgomery police.
McNair was allegedly speeding when an officer attempted to stop his vehicle. He instead got out of the car and attempted to flee while the vehicle was still moving. He then jumped a fence and turned to confront the officer, who used a Taser on McNair, police said.
