Judge Revokes License of Mitchell Man Convicted of 10th DUI

A judge revoked a Mitchell man’s driving license for life and sentenced him to two years in prison for his
10th drunken driving conviction.
Circuit Judge Tim Bjorkman on also fined William Leber $500 Tuesday and ordered him to pay $248 for court costs and blood tests. The 64-year-old Leber asked for probation so he could seek treatment for alcoholism.
Judge Bjorkman said there comes a time when the court will not endanger the public any longer.
